A pumping plant can be produced with different types of clean water pumps which can either be frequently controlled or connected by gradually capacity and flow. It is also possible to lower the pumping pressure during minimum load periods, e.g. at night time.
The out pumped water amount is controlled by the SRO unit and cross fields for water catchment ensure the sequent operation between several bore wells. The out pumped water amount from the waterworks is registered and observed from the computer as actual value or historic graphs. By careful reporting, it is possible to follow e.g. water quantity, consumption, time consumption, number of operational hours, return flush and different factors which are all relevant in relation to economy, such as power consumption per m³. It is possible to print reports and curves manually, including automatic daily, monthly and annual reports.
Registration of alarm covers both the water catchment part, the filter system, the out pumping including general system failures. Alarms and failures on the plant are registered and shown by screen prints. Telephone numbers can be registered and contacted immediately in connection with alarms – or contacted in pre-decided periods of time if e.g. several people share the job of surveillance. Filter flush is build up and adjusted to the filters and prepared according to the produced water quantity or number of days between the flushing. Flushing hours can be adjusted by SRO/PLC.
